My sister recommended this restaurant, and she literally has good taste. So when we were visiting Seattle, we stopped by and were delighted. Our server, Erna, went above and beyond to make sure that we had the perfect experience. From the moment we walked in the door, we smelled wood smoke and grilling food. The decorations were very nice. So now the menu... Everything on it sounded so good. We ordered a lot of food. I didn't think we would eat it all, but we just about did. I told my husband that it would be worth a trip to Seattle just to come here again. I have to specifically mention the beignets because they were so light and fluffy and not doughy at all. And the mascarpone cream just melted in your mouth. It was so light. I mentioned to Erna that my sister had also mentioned Serious Pie, a pizza restaurant, which is just across the street and she said the same man opened both restaurants and the bakery called Dahlia, as well as another restaurant around the corner. Awesome!!!

We walked in with no reservation and didn't have the wait. The service was quick and the food was delicious. The garlic smashed potatoes were to DIE for. We also had some Eggs and their bacon- soo good. Finally we had a half order of the eggs Benedict and she cleaned that plate as well. The ambiance is great for this small establishment and we really enjoyed our breakfast.

Had a great lunch experience. Got the salmon kabobs with half potato/half salad and really liked it. Woulda liked one more kabobs for the price, but other than that- I'd go back for sure.

The location is convenient if you're in the downtown area. We didn't have a reservation for this date night, but they were able to seat us at the bar. Great and friendly staff. We parked a bit away, but I'm sure if you're diligent enough, you could find street parking nearby or find a car park nearby. The ambiance was nice. The bar had a tv in the corner, which you couldn't hear. I recall music playing but it wasn't loud enough that we had to yell to talk to the person you're dining with. The indigo fizz was really good. Not strong overlapping flavors. The lavender wasn't overwhelming like at some places. It sorta reminded me about fruity pebbles. The lamb wasn't my favorite. It was slightly dry and I thought the sauce could have had a little more of a stronger taste because it didn't add too much to it. I did enjoy the halibut though. The asparagus was also really good. Charred well but didn't taste burnt. I think the spread was our favorite. I really wanted to eat more of that but didn't want to fill up on it before the rest of the food came. Definitely want to try the place again but probably a different dish than the lamb to see how the rest are. Hopefully then I can update my review and give it a five star. I was actually really disappointed about the lamb, but again, want to see the other dishes. Maybe even get the halibut for myself.

This place is always busy. Last time we tried, it was over an hour wait. This time, my wife and I went and instead of waiting for a table, we were offered to sit by the bar which had no wait. Of course we went for the bar as we didn't want to wait 45 minutes for a table. I got the Greek scramble and my wife got the duroc pork kebabs. The scramble was good but the slice of bread was too hard. It felt like it was going to cut my upper inner mouth. I had to rip it and dip a little into my coffee. My wife's food was better. The pork was tender, the smash potatoe hash was also softer than the ones I had. Maybe I had the end results of the smash hash as mine were extra crispy. The server/bartender was excellent. He was geting our order, making cocktails/mocktails, handling other people's bills, etc. He was super friendly, provided some recommendations and very efficient.

Lola Restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with good food and exceptional service. I ordered the octopus hash, which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. My server, Colt T, provided exceptional service, making the meal even more enjoyable. The coffee, priced at $5, was great and made for a perfect end to the meal. The restaurant boasts a clean and inviting atmosphere, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. However, parking can be challenging as it is limited to paid street parking. I visited on a busy Tuesday, which made finding a spot even more difficult. Despite this minor inconvenience, the quality and taste of the food make Lola Restaurant worth the visit. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for a satisfying meal in a pleasant setting.

Very pleasant and polite as we entered into the facility. Everyone here seemed laid back and casual. Which was really nice to see. It wasn't so uptight or hungry attitude. It was more of, "it's odd to see kids here, but then again... it's cool" reaction. Lol! This is a LONG STORY as to HOW we got here. But for now, let me say, this place is so chic & legend. It's a really nice experience for us to try some authentic Greek style food.

On a recent weekend getaway to Seattle, on our first morning in town, my husband and I made our way to Lola for breakfast. We took a morning flight in and after dropping our bags at our hotel, walked over to Lola. After a short, wait, we were seated and promptly and warmly greeted by our waitress. To start, we both ordered a cup of coffee and decided to share the freshly made donuts. These donuts were absolutely out of this world with the most delicious homemade blueberry compote and vanilla mascarpone cream. Most people end their meal with the donuts, but I would highly recommend starting your meal with them. After savoring the donuts with our coffee, we moved onto the main course. I decided to try their omelette that was on special - goat cheese with oyster mushrooms. The omelette was delicious. My husband was a little bit more adventurous, and decided to try an octopus dish. The flavor profile and combination of his meal was absolutely wild, but I thoroughly enjoyed the few bites he shared with me. If you find yourself in downtown Seattle, I would highly recommend coming to Lola for breakfast and be sure to get the donuts!
